Before you start

  • Create and test the Voice Agent.
  • Confirm browser microphone and consent requirements.
  • Choose the pages where voice access should appear.

Step by step

1

Choose the widget style

Set the supported orb style, colour theme, size, position and logo to match the site without covering important controls.

2

Preview the experience

Review idle, permission, connecting, active and ended states.

3

Copy the approved embed

Use the current iframe or script method shown by FADA and avoid installing it twice.

4

Add it to the website

Place the code through an approved site-wide or page-specific HTML location.

5

Run device tests

Test microphone permission, mobile layout, call start, call end and the complete business workflow.

Verify the result

  • Only one Voice Widget appears.
  • Microphone permission is explained and works.
  • The correct Voice Agent receives the test call.

Common issues

  • Widget does not appear: Check the embed, page cache, agent status and allowed placement.
  • Microphone is blocked: Use HTTPS and review browser or device permission.
  • Widget overlaps the Chat Widget: Adjust position and test all responsive breakpoints.
Important: A browser-based Voice Widget and a telephone number are different deployment methods with different permissions and call paths.
