Before you start

  • Use an account with billing permission.
  • Know the current commercial package and approved add-ons.
  • Choose the reporting period you want to reconcile.

Step by step

1

Review plan status

Confirm the active package, included Chat or Voice access and plan-dependent features.

2

Read resource allocation

Compare agent, Knowledge Base, storage, concurrency and other available capacity with current use.

3

Check wallet and usage

Review AI consumption and understand that model, prompt, retrieved context, answer length and tools affect cost.

4

Review billing activity

Check payment method, transactions, top-ups, auto-billing and available export controls.

5

Plan an upgrade or add-on

Increase capacity only after identifying the actual constraint and confirming the commercial terms.

Verify the result

  • The active plan matches the agreement.
  • Usage period and wallet activity reconcile.
  • Required features have sufficient allocation.

Common issues

  • Feature is unavailable: Check package, add-on, permissions and remaining allocation.
  • Usage looks unexpectedly high: Review model, message volume, prompt, Knowledge Base and call duration.
  • Payment does not appear: Confirm the transaction status and contact support with a privacy-safe reference.
Important: Voice providers, scheduling platforms, CRM and automation tools can create separate third-party charges outside the FADA subscription.
