Use the Marketplace and MasterChat
Start from an appropriate agent template and use MasterChat for controlled internal interaction with a selected agent.
Before you start
- Know whether the use case needs Chat or Voice.
- Define the business goal and required language.
- Confirm that the template can be adapted to approved business rules.
Step by step
1
Browse the Marketplace
Use categories and available template information to find the closest supported starting point.
2
Evaluate before using
Check channel, plan, language and workflow assumptions. A template is not a finished production agent.
3
Create and customize
Apply the template, then replace example knowledge, prompts, identity and integrations with approved business settings.
4
Open MasterChat
Choose the intended agent explicitly before sending internal test requests or using supported cross-agent workflows.
5
Test like a new agent
Run the same factual, conversion, safety and notification checks required for a manually created agent.
Verify the result
- No template example data remains.
- The selected MasterChat agent is clearly identified.
- The production workflow passes end-to-end testing.
Common issues
- Template does not fit: Use it only as a reference or start from a focused blank agent.
- Wrong agent answers in MasterChat: Re-select the intended agent before continuing.
- Imported settings conflict: Review prompt, knowledge and tools one section at a time.
Important: Templates accelerate setup, but the account owner remains responsible for accuracy, permissions, testing and connected services.
