Integrations
Connect API, webhooks and external workflows
Extend FADA into CRM, Google Sheets, Make, n8n and approved business processes without confusing connected automation with native features.
Before you start
- Define the business event, required fields and destination owner.
- Use a test environment or test record.
- Prepare an authenticated endpoint with logging and error handling.
Step by step
1
Choose the trigger
Use a clear event such as captured lead, booking, handoff, unknown answer or completed call.
2
Design the payload
Send only required fields with stable names, a timestamp and a record identifier that prevents duplicates.
3
Build the receiving workflow
Validate authentication, map fields and return a clear success or failure response.
4
Add downstream actions
Create or update the CRM record, Sheet row, email sequence or task only after validation.
5
Test failure and retry
Simulate invalid data, timeout and duplicate delivery before production use.
Verify the result
- One FADA event creates one intended downstream result.
- Failures are visible and recoverable.
- Secrets are stored in secure integration fields.
Common issues
- Duplicate records: Use an idempotency key or stable FADA record identifier.
- Webhook times out: Acknowledge quickly and move slow work to an asynchronous step.
- Fields are missing: Version the payload and validate required data before downstream actions.
Important: Make, n8n, CRM, email and follow-up sequences can extend FADA, but they remain connected third-party services with their own costs, limits and responsibilities.
