Read the resource dashboard

The resource cards show what your account can use and how much capacity remains. Depending on your plan and permissions, you may see wallet balance, Knowledge Base character storage, Chat Agent allocation and Voice Agent allocation.

Plan access matters: Voice AI is available from FADA GROWTH. A card showing zero allocation can mean the feature is not included, not that the app is malfunctioning.
  • Wallet: available AI usage balance and current consumption.
  • Storage: Knowledge Base characters used against the account limit.
  • Chat Agents: active allocation compared with the plan capacity.
  • Voice Agents: voice allocation and availability.

Use the performance overview

The overview summarizes customer activity across the selected period. Core metrics include total conversations, total messages, average messages per conversation, captured leads, booked appointments and token usage.

1

Check conversations and messages

A rising conversation count shows reach. Messages per conversation help reveal whether visitors are engaging deeply or leaving early.

2

Compare leads and appointments

Captured leads measure completed collection. Appointments measure confirmed bookings returned by a connected scheduling workflow.

3

Review input and output tokens

Long prompts, large retrieved Knowledge Base context and long answers can increase usage.

Filter and export

Choose a date range, comparison period and one or more AI Agents when the controls are available. Use daily, weekly and monthly views to separate short-term noise from a sustained trend. Export data when you need an offline report or further analysis.

Interpret the numbers correctly

  • High conversations with low leads usually means the offer, qualification path or lead prompt needs attention.
  • High leads with low bookings can point to booking friction, missing availability or a weak call to action.
  • Low conversations can be a traffic, channel connection or widget-visibility issue.
  • Unexpected usage increases should be checked against model choice, message length, Knowledge Base retrieval and automated tools.
Do not compare unlike periods. A partial week should not be judged against a complete week without adjusting for elapsed time and traffic.

Use a weekly review routine

  1. Confirm wallet and storage capacity.
  2. Review conversations, messages, leads and appointments.
  3. Check the source and country breakdown for anomalies.
  4. Open a sample of conversations to find unanswered questions.
  5. Update the Knowledge Base or prompt only after identifying a repeatable issue.
