Before you start

FADA is an AI revenue-response system for capturing, qualifying, booking and routing leads across chat, voice and connected workflows. Your available menu items depend on your plan and account permissions.

Important: Voice Agents start with FADA GROWTH. Advanced custom workflows, CRM implementations and ongoing optimization may require DOMINATE / Managed by GERGELY.

Before configuration, prepare:

  • your business website and service descriptions;
  • opening hours, locations and contact information;
  • frequently asked questions;
  • qualification questions you want FADA to ask;
  • your preferred booking, callback or handoff process.

You configure the system using the Help Center, templates, checklists and support resources.

Assisted activation

A FADA Launch Call helps select the right plan and may include standardized initial setup with paid activation.

Managed by GERGELY

Strategy, custom implementation, workflows, monitoring and ongoing optimization are handled for you.

Understand the dashboard

1

Review your resource cards

The dashboard shows wallet usage, character storage and the number of Chat or Voice Agents currently allocated to your account.

2

Review performance

Use the performance overview to monitor conversations, total messages, average messages per conversation, captured leads and scheduled appointments.

Usage is variable. AI cost depends on the selected model, message length, conversation context, Knowledge Base retrieval and connected tools.

Open your Chat Agent

  1. Choose Chat Agents in the left navigation.
  2. Open the agent you want to configure.
  3. Use the agent navigation: Chat Agent, Settings, Knowledge Base, Tools, Conversations, Appearance, Integrations and Analytics.

The live preview lets you test the current welcome message, quick messages and response behaviour before website installation.

Add accurate business knowledge

Open Knowledge Base. Depending on your permissions, FADA can use:

  • plain business information entered as text;
  • uploaded files;
  • structured question-and-answer pairs;
  • selected website pages and fetched URLs;
  • Knowledge Base search for checking available information.

Keep service details, prices, policies and opening hours in the Knowledge Base. Keep conversation rules, qualification logic and escalation behaviour in the agent instructions.

Configure conversion tools

Under Tools, your account may include Lead Collection, Scheduling and Custom Tools.

  • Lead Collection: define the information FADA should capture.
  • Scheduling: connect supported booking or appointment workflows.
  • Custom Tools: connect approved functions, webhooks or business processes.
FADA should only promise a confirmed appointment when a real booking integration is connected and returns a successful booking.

Customize the widget

Open Appearance to configure the customer-facing experience:

  • bot name and status line;
  • welcome message;
  • input placeholder;
  • quick messages;
  • lead collection form wording;
  • brand colours, layout and widget position.

Test and launch

  1. Ask common service and pricing questions.
  2. Complete a full lead-capture conversation.
  3. Confirm the lead appears in FADA.
  4. Verify email or workflow notifications.
  5. Test booking or callback handling.
  6. Check mobile and desktop widget appearance.
  7. Install the final embed code on the correct website.
Never publish an agent before checking the correct account, correct agent and final embed ID. If an agent is moved between accounts, verify whether its ID changed.
