Before you start

  • Complete at least one controlled test call.
  • Confirm the reporting timezone and intended agent.
  • Use approved recipients for call notifications.

Step by step

1

Open call logs

Filter by date, agent and available call direction or status. Open the complete record before acting.

2

Review transcript and outcome

Check caller intent, agent behaviour, tool results, transfer and call ending.

3

Configure summary behaviour

Use a focused summary prompt that captures the fields your team actually needs.

4

Map lead fields

Store only useful caller details and confirm their destination in FADA or the connected workflow.

5

Test email and webhook alerts

Send a controlled call and verify that the correct record reaches each approved destination.

Verify the result

  • The log belongs to the expected number and agent.
  • Summary details match the transcript.
  • Notifications contain the required privacy-safe fields.

Common issues

  • Call missing from logs: Check number assignment, provider status, date filters and account.
  • Summary is inaccurate: Use the transcript and tighten the summary prompt.
  • Notification exposes too much: Reduce fields and restrict recipients.
Important: Call recordings, transcripts and caller data can require consent, retention and access controls based on the business and jurisdiction.
