Before you start

  • Use the email address invited to the correct FADA account.
  • Have access to the inbox used for password recovery.
  • Ask your account owner which workspace or subaccount you should use.

Step by step

1

Open the correct login page

Go to the FADA app login page and sign in with your assigned email address. Do not share credentials between team members.

2

Choose the correct workspace

Agency users may see more than one account. Confirm the business name before changing agents, knowledge or integrations.

3

Recover access safely

Use the password-reset flow, open the newest recovery email and create a unique password. Old reset links can expire.

4

Review your profile

Check your name, language and timezone where these controls are available. Timezone affects analytics and scheduling interpretation.

5

Enable available security controls

Use two-factor authentication when enabled for your account and store recovery information in an approved password manager.

Verify the result

  • You can sign out and sign back in.
  • The expected subaccount and navigation are visible.
  • Your language and timezone match your working location.

Common issues

  • No recovery email: Check spam, confirm the address and request one new reset email.
  • Wrong account opens: Return to the account selector or ask the account owner to correct access.
  • A feature is missing: Confirm your permissions and plan before treating it as an application error.
Important: FADA Support will never need your password, one-time code or complete API credential.
