Getting started
Manage users, access and safe offboarding
Give each team member the access they need without sharing credentials or exposing unrelated customer data.
Before you start
- You need account-owner or administrator access.
- Know the user’s business email and required responsibilities.
- Decide which workspace or subaccount the user needs.
Step by step
1
Open user management
Navigate to the account’s user or team area. Search first to prevent duplicate invitations.
2
Add the user
Invite the person’s own business email. Use a recognizable name so activity can be traced to the correct person.
3
Apply least-privilege access
Grant only the workspace and capabilities needed for the role. Voice AI and billing access should be limited to responsible users.
4
Confirm onboarding
Ask the user to sign in, select the correct account and verify the menus required for daily work.
5
Offboard safely
Remove access promptly when responsibilities change. Rotate any external credentials the user could access.
Verify the result
- The user can access the intended account.
- Restricted areas remain unavailable.
- No shared login was created.
Common issues
- Invitation not received: Verify the address and spam folder before sending a new invitation.
- Too much access: Reduce the role or workspace assignment immediately.
- Former user still has connected-tool access: Remove access in FADA and in each external service separately.
Important: Permissions inside FADA do not automatically revoke access in Twilio, calendars, CRM, Make, n8n or email platforms.
